
Mrs. Barbara Ann Williams, 61, died unexpectedly at WFH-All Saints on Saturday, December 15, 2007. She was born in Burlington, WI on April 5, 1946, the daughter of Louis and Lois (nee: Ling) Beix. She graduated from St. Mary’s High School. On October 30, 1965, she married the love of her life, Fred A. Williams. Barbara worked for many years as a LPN at various places, retiring in 2005. She loved genealogy and reading. Barbara mostly enjoyed being in the surroundings of her family, whom she loved very much. She will be truly missed. In addition to Fred, her survivors include her children, Kim Williams and Christopher Williams both of Sturtevant; grandchildren, Christopher Garcia, Mary Katherine Williams and Nicholas Garcia; mother, Lois Beix of Burlington; brothers, Paul (Kay) Beix of Honey Creek, WI; Steven (Julie) Beix of Lyons, WI, Brian (Bonnie) Beix of Edgewood, NM; as well as numerous nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and other family members. Last but least, her favorite animals, Smokey, Yo-Yo and Sadie also survive her. Barbara was preceded in death by her father, Louis Beix and by her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Alvin and Mattie Williams. Family and friends are invited to meet in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Friday, December 21, 2007 at 7:00 p.m. for the remembrance and celebration of Barbara’s life. There will be a visitation in the funeral home on Friday from 5-7 p.m. A private interment of her cremains will take place in the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery in Union Grove.
