Service Details

Private family services will be held at a later time.

Memorial Suggestions

In memory of Andy, offer a kind word or deed to someone in need…..as he helped anyone out with whatever was needed as he was quite handy.

Racine – Andrew Lawrence Gerth, age 52, passed away on Monday, June 2, 2025.

Andrew was born in Burlington, WI on August 3, 1972 to the late Gary Andrew Gerth and Roberta Mae (nee: Buchanan) Gerth. Andy was a hardworking roofer until suffering a career ending accident.

Andy was an outdoors enthusiast. He loved being able to be off the grid. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping in remote areas. Using his electric bike – charging it with solar power from a trailer he built. This enabled him to travel anywhere in Wisconsin & the surrounding area working on his goal of seeing every waterfall in Wisconsin. Andy was a great cook/chef. He made chili that knocks your socks off…..but “WOW” his Broccoli Cheese Soup, OMG. Just try getting the recipe.

Surviving are three daughters; four sisters; step-mothers, step-daughters, brothers-in-law, sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and of course all the people he loved.

Private family services will be held at a later time. In memory of Andy, offer a kind word or deed to someone in need…..as he helped anyone out with whatever was needed as he was quite handy.

We Love You Andy…..you will be with us forever.

Testimonials

October 22, 2015

Dear Gary, You and your staff are really special people. I and my family felt so blessed that all of the funeral arrangements were in your thorough and caring hands. One helpful meeting and then you took care of all the arrangements – and we knew we need not worry about one thing.

Dee Jensen
