Service Details

A celebration of here life will be held in the funeral home on Thursday, February 10th at 6:00 p.m. with Rev. Charlie Hansen officiating. Relatives and friends can meet with the family that day from 4:00 p.m. until the time of the service.

This morning (2/3/2022), Kim Ellen Davis (nee: Keenan) passed away at Froedtert Hospital in Milwaukee, surrounded by her family. Kim was admitted to the hospital with complications from viruses and difficulty breathing. After a hard-fought battle, and being two-years post double lung transplant, she was unable to fight any longer.

Kim is survived by her three children, James Davis (Kristen Davis, wife), Bennett Davis, and Brieann Clausing (nee: Davis) (Dana Clausing, husband). Kim also had five grandchildren, James, son of James and Kristen, Jacob and Allyssa, the son and daughter of Brieann and Dana, and Jak and Gage, sons of Bennett: father, Leroy Keenan, two sisters Joan Schaefer (nee: Keenan) (Mark Schaefer, husband), their son, Ian and Owen and his wife, Rochelle: Lynn Landish (nee: Keenan), and her daughters, Beth and Jody. Kim was preceded in death by her mother, Farrell Keenan.

 

Kim was a loving daughter, sister, mother, and Meemaw (Grandmother). She surrounded herself with friends and family, and her love of everything equestrian. Kim was very involved with the Tennessee Walking Horse Organization, as well as 4-H organizations in Wisconsin and Tennessee. Kim loved horses and dogs, helping many rescue animals’ lives by taking them on, and raising them herself. . Kim will be greatly missed but remembered by everyone that she impacted throughout her life.
