Service Details
Visitation will be Wednesday, March 23 from 6-8 p.m. at Eddie’s Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock. Funeral service will be Thursday, March 24 at 2:00 p.m. at Eddie’s Family Funeral Home in Calico Rock.
There will also be a memorial service held at Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Friday, April 15, 2022 (Good Friday) at 10:00 a.m. There will also be a visitation beforehand from 9:00 -10:00 a.m.

Frederick E. Blickle, Jr., son of the late Frederick E. Blickle, Sr. and Marion Bronson Blickle, was born August 17, 1946 in Racine, Wisconsin. He departed this life March 18, 2022 in Calico Rock, Arkansas at the age of 75 years, 7 months and 1 day. He proudly served in the United States Navy on the USS Yorktown during the Vietnam War. Frederick spent his life as a loving son, brother, husband, father, grandfather, provider and friend. Most of his working career was spent at Case International Harvester where he worked as a pipe fitter. Frederick was community minded and served on the Calico Rock City Council and the Volunteer Fire Department. He is a past Commander of the Calico Rock VFW and served twelve years as a coach for the Calico Rock High School Trap Team. Frederick was a member of the Acacia Masonic Lodge #625. He was of the Presbyterian faith and a member of Calico Rock Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
He is survived by his wife of 13 years: Kathy Blickle of the home; one son: Jon Blickle and wife Kelly of Racine, Wisconsin; four daughters: Tricia Beck of Antigo, Wisconsin, Connie Coleman and husband Dan of Rock Hill, South Carolina, Melissa Nicholson and husband Tony of Little Suamico, Wisconsin and Tracy Dumas of Racine; two sisters: Susan Suprak and husband David of Caledonia, Wisconsin and Carol McDonald of Bristol, Wisconsin; six grandchildren: Thomas Scott, Colin Blickle, Miles Blickle, Emily Blickle, Hannah Nicholson and Hank Nicholson; mother-in-law: Carol Osgood of Oconto Falls, Wisconsin; first wife: Jan Spranger of Racine and a host of other relatives and many good friends. He was preceded in death by his parents; father-in-law: John Hermann, Sr.; stepfather-in-law: LeRoy Osgood and brother-in-law: John Hermann, Jr.
