Daryl, I’ll always remember the fun times we had in our younger years and sorry we lost touch in our older times. My prayers go out to your family that has been left an unhappy void but will meet again in the eternal life someday. Because I knew who you were, the loss that your loved ones are left with is a painful one. I will forever remember your sense of humor you had and the friend you were. God bless you and your family

My deepest sympathies to your entire family. I had the honor to meet Daryl last September. Although, I feel like I’ve know him for a long time from my brother- Mike Bartak. He will be missed by so many in the AA community of Racine and will leave a void in my brother’s life. May the truly remarkable man Daryl was give you some peace and strength over the coming months. May the Lord wrap you in his arms and comfort your family.

    Dear uncle Daryl,
I never got much time to spend with you, since I live in California . Every time I did get to see you, I realized what remarkable person you were. You and aunt Diana created a beautiful fulfilling life together. Your two wonderful sons who turned out to be honest hardworking and loyal husbands and fathers. Having had a spiritual life together made a bond between you two that most people only dream of. You will be missed by so many because of your giving to others. God bless you.

Testimonials

October 22, 2015

My family and I would like to thank you and your staff for all the kindness and sincere expressions of sympathy that you extended to us during the loss of my son, Todd Swanson. We appreciate all the extra special things you did to help us through this very difficult time. We didn’t have to think ahead, we just had to be there while every little detail was taken care of by you and your staff. This made an impression on everyone that came, and I will never forget it. Thank you from all of us.
