I am remotely related to David (German cousin from the Jäckle family) and we met twenty years ago while he came to see the place his ancestors were from and stayed in touch. We are deeply sorry to hear this news. What a nice person he was! Rest in Peace, David. It was such a pleasure to have met you.

I am sad to hear of Dave’s passing! I worked with Dave at UL for years and could always count on him to help when needed to get the right and best thing done. And I enjoyed talking with him about Country Music and the artists he had met. So sorry that Dave passed away so young. My condolences to his family and loved ones.

I had the pleasure of attending high school and college with Dave. We were good friends. Many wonderful memories. Though we fell out of touch over the years, I will always remember Dave for his big heart and easy smile. He was always so happy, and positive, and goofy, with that silly laugh. My condolences to all of his family and friends, those that loved him. He will be missed.

Will cherish the friendship, working with Dave at UL for 35 years. Not to mention the Leine Lodgers bowling adventures and the bowling championship, softball league, etc. Dave enjoyed life and those that were part of that life enjoyed being around him. Will dearly miss Dave and our talk just before he retired from UL. Gone too soon. May perpetual light shine upon him. Our deepest condolences to the Family
