Mildred is survived by her sister and best friend, Lalla Halcomb; her loving niece, Beth (Michael) O’Neal; her devoted daughter in law, Lourdes Pharr; her other daughters-in-law, Michele Micks, Debbie Pharr, Susan Cornell-Pharr ,and Debbie Grace Pharr; several grandchildren and great grandchildren, and a host of other nieces and nephews.

Along with her husband, she was preceded in death by her three sons, Phillip, Charles, and Timothy Pharr: grandchildren, Shawn, Billy, and Angie; her great grandson, Andrew, and her siblings, Delton, Claude, Leland, Walter Lee, and DeMurry Stacy, and Irene Boyd.

Please accept our condolences for the loss of Mrs. Pharr. We wish the family peace and comfort during this difficult time. Mrs. Pharr had a big heart and loved people. We were so privileged to have had her in our lives. I will continue to miss our lengthy conversations and the wisdom she shared with me while able. Mrs. Halcomb and Mrs. Betty, we grieve with you and the rest of the family.

I was sad to read that Miss Mildred had transitioned. When I rented from her she was the epitome of a landlord… always checking in .. bringing baked goods… gardening ..She shared whatever she had with Trice and me. Rest peacefully.
