Reverend David R. Green says
Cassandra’s brother Robert and I became close friends while we worked part-time at the Journal Times during our high school years. I became close to the entire family. Cassandra was a wonderful person and was always someone I enjoyed talking with. Although it is sometimes hard to say goodbye to our family and friends, it gives consolation that Cassandra and Ray were faithful and maintained a relationship with God, she had prepared for this time. Ray, I lift up you and the entire family to God in prayer, God can give you peace, comfort, and even heal our grief. Sharon you and Vickie were like little sisters when often spent time at your family. The Hicks Milton/Hicks will always mean much to me! Cherish Cassandra’s rich legacy.

Sending precious thoughts and prayers to the Milton and Hicks family. Thinking of Sandra when we worked together at RUSD and she was one of my favorite neighbors. The Hick’s family were always polite, kind and held good conversations. I thank God for blessing us with your dear friendship, caring and family. Cassandra rest in peace, I pray.
