Service Details

In accordance with Isaac and his family’s wishes, no formal service will take place. Instead, a private cremation and family memorial were held to honor his life.

Isaac Lee Ferrell Jr. was born August 23, 1940, in Alabama to the union of Lewis and Emily (nee: Whitfield) Ferrell. He received his wings on September 17, 2025, at the age of 85, at his home in downtown Racine.

After earning his high school diploma, Isaac proudly served his country in the United States Army. Following his honorable discharge, he settled in Racine, where he devoted his life to raising his family and working hard to provide for them.

On June 22, 1978, Isaac was united in marriage to Michelle (née Noel) Ferrell in Chicago. Together, they shared many years of love and devotion.

Isaac worked as a Certified Auto Mechanic, spending more than 20 years at Micky’s Auto Repair in Racine before retiring in 1998. He was known as a very skilled mechanic who took great pride in his work. Many in the community trusted him for his knowledge, steady hands, and dedication to doing a job right.

Isaac will be deeply missed by his loving wife, Michelle Ferrell; daughters, Tiffany Ferrell, Sandra Ferrell, Tasha Mason and Jonique (Sylvester) Neesman; brothers, Charles (Cat) Ferrell and Willy George Ferrell; as well as his beloved grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many friends.

He was preceded in death by his son, Timothy Mason; daughter, Michelle Ferrell; and his mother-in-law, Dather Noel, with whom he shared a close bond.

In accordance with Isaac and his family’s wishes, no formal service will take place. Instead, a private cremation and family memorial were held to honor his life.

My family wants to thank you and your team for all that you did to walk along side us in my mom’s death and celebration of life.
