I just wanted to thank you again for all your help and everything you did for my grandfather’s funeral. Looking back on it, I think Gramps would have been so proud of how everything turned out and it would not have been possible without your help. Your staff is amazing and has allowed us the grieve without worrying about the little details of everything that goes into making the arrangements and planning the services. My husband, Tom, died on Jan. 24, 2015. From that life-changing day and still now, Gary and his sons have been at my side taking care of me, advising me, and guiding me with their sensitive, caring, and efficient expertise. I have heard from friends and family how perfect and wonderful the funeral service was (it was a blur for me), and I have the beautiful obit, memorial booklets, CD rom of slide show, celebration candle, portrait, and even personalized thank you cards to provide memories and comfort during difficult days ahead. My heart is full of thanks and appreciation to Gary Langendorf and his entire family.

I want to give Bob a big thank you for all he has done for us. You all were amazing. Really did a great job with my fathers services! Your patience and compassion towards are family was awesome! We are all very grateful for everything. Thank you again and God Bless

Brian and the rest of the staff, we just wanted to take a moment to thank you for handling every detail of our mom’s (Vera Miller’s) funeral so expeditiously and flawlessly. Being here in North Carolina, I was worried about getting mom back to WI which was her wish. All I had to do was make one phone call to your office and you seamlessly got her from Rex Healthcare in Raleigh, NC back to WI.

All of the arrangements were so impeccable; pictures, book for signing, flowers, thank you and acknowledgement cards, arrangements with Graceland Cemetery, and even playing our slideshow with music and photos, and getting it to loop properly.

You took so much worry off of me and my siblings by professionally stepping in and handling everything for us. I was going a little crazy thinking I had to do it all, but you helped so much that we just needed to share these thoughts and feelings with others. Thank you for everything,

Bill’s service was beautiful, beyond belief. Leslie was priceless in all she did. Gary, knowing Bill for many years, said a few words at the service. The special touched I didn’t expect warmed my heart. Two very,very special people helped make a sad day into something very special.
