Joanne Marie Wilhelm

Service Details

In honoring Joanne’s wishes, a private service was held at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 12th.  

 

Her interment took place at West Lawn Memorial Park.

RACINE – Mrs. Joanne Marie Wilhelm, 79, passed away at Ascension All Saints on Wednesday, October 5, 2022.

She was born in Racine on May 12, 1943, the daughter of the late Robert and Anne (nee Rosienski) Weill.  She attended St. Catherine’s High School.

On June 22, 1972, Joanne married Kenneth Allen Wilhelm.

Joanne enjoyed life, doll collecting, shopping, playing Bingo, tending her flower garden, cheering on the Brewers and Packers, and giving gifts to those she loved.  However, she was the happiest when surrounded by the love of her family.

In addition to her husband Ken, she is survived by six daughters, Michelle Irish, Cheryl Irish, Suzette Rogers, Cindy (Kyle) O’Haver, Sandra Irish, and Angela Wilhelm; her grandchildren, Shawna (Juan) Hernandez-DeLeon, Melissa (Elenar) Morales-DeLeon, Jacqueline (Tom) Sapp-Harrison, Dustin Sapp, Felicia (Daniel) Trelfa, Carl Rogers-Irish, Marcus Rogers, Sherice Rogers, Brittany Rogers, Cynthia (John) Schwellenbach, Brandyn O’Haver, Zach (Sara) O’Haver, Dallas O’Haver, Marissa Kopecky, Dylan Kopecky, and Jazzmyn Jackson; her 22 dear great grandchildren, and her brother, Scott (Chris) Weill.  In addition to her parents, Joanne was preceded in death by her grandson, Bryan Rogers; Michelle’s companion, John DeLeon; Cheryl’s companion, Terry Sapp, and her sister, Patricia (Galen) White.

In honoring Joanne’s wishes, a private service was held at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 12th.   Her interment took place at West Lawn Memorial Park.
