Kristen Clinton, 42, of Milwaukee, WI, passed away on May 10th at her home in Wauwatosa. She was born on Dec. 29, 1983, in Racine, WI, to Jeffrey and Linda Clinton.
Kristen lived a life centered on caring for others, expressing her creativity, and sharing her faith, leaving a lasting impression on everyone fortunate enough to know her.
A graduate of Horlick High School, Kristen spent many years as a dedicated nanny, caring for children with patience, warmth and genuine love. A longtime dancer, she carried herself with a natural grace that reflected her artistic spirit. She was deeply committed to her faith, devoting time to her church and sharing God’s love within the communities where she lived and worked.
She cherished her role as godmother to her niece, Violet, and was an adoring aunt to Scarlett and Violet, hosting dance parties, playing with makeup, and encouraging their creativity. She remained closely connected to her family throughout her life, celebrating milestones together and showing her love through thoughtful gestures. Kristen found joy in the arts – reading, music, and creative expression – and had a gift for bringing beauty into everyday life. She formed lasting friendships and was a valued and beloved coworker, most recently at Starbucks, where her team treated her like family.
Kristen had a joyful and generous spirit. She delighted in giving meaningful, carefully chosen gifts and creating special moments for the people she loved. Her sense of humor was strong and well-timed, often bringing laughter just when it was needed most. She was known for her thoughtful traditions, including preparing elaborate desserts for family birthdays, making each celebration feel personal and memorable.
One of Kristen’s most cherished qualities was her thoughtfulness. This past Christmas, she and her coworkers pooled their monthly coffee allotments to surprise her brother with a large gift of his favorite Casi Cielo blend. The joy she took in giving the gift – and her laughter as he opened the giant box – is a memory her family will always hold close.
She is survived by her parents, Jeffrey and Linda Clinton; her brother, Ryan Clinton, and his wife, Caley; and their daughters, Scarlett and Violet Clinton. She is also survived by her extended family: Linda (Walt) Faria, David (Diane) Fiebig, Mark Fiebig, Richard Fiebig, Diane Rydholm, Lori Ibarra, Jessica (Tom) Sawatzki, Allison (Norman) Jackson, Sarah Fiebig, Rebecca Jamison (Jeff), Aubrey (Alex) Eaton, Tyler Rydholm, Breona Rydholm, Haley (Leah) Rydholm, Isabelle Ibarra, Oscar Ibarra, Emily Sawatzki, Olivia Sawatzki, Makenzie Sawatzki, Ian Jackson, Lillianna Jackson, Matthew Jackson, Taylor Ready, Madalyn Ready, Mason Jamison, Cole Jamieson, Elle Jamieson, McKenzy Eaton, Grayson Eaton and Kamden Eaton.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Clarence and Nancy Fiebig, and Connie and Harry Clinton; her great-grandmother, Rosalie Mauer; and her cousin, Matthew Fiebig.
A visitation will be held at Draeger- Langendorf Funeral Home, 4600 County Line Rd, (Hwy K-R) Mt. Pleasant, WI 53403, on Thursday, May 21, 2026, from 9:30 a.m. until the time of service at Noon.
