Miller's Flowers

Mary Dorothy Johnson, 70, received the promise of eternal life on August 28, 2022.  She was born in Chicago on August 18, 1952, daughter of the late Stanley and Mary (née: Sady) Dziemburski.

Mary was a pharmacy technician for Osco Pharmacy for many years.  She loved animals of all kinds.  She could light up a room and was the life of the party at gatherings.  Above all, she loved her family tremendously and especially loved her grandchildren.

Mary leaves to cherish her memory, her husband, Ken Johnson; daughters, Gina (Tim) Henning, Lisa Ellermann; step-daughter, Lisa (Steven) Cameron; grandchildren, Kyle Tepper, Samantha Evans, Nathan Evans; brother, Stanley (Diane) Dziemburski; sister, Diane (Dan) LaSota; four legged canine companion, Charlie, her feathered friend, Melody; and her dog sitting client, Maggie.

A memorial celebration of Mary’s life will be held on Thursday, September 8, 2022, 10:00am, at St. Benedict’s Abbey, 12605 224th Avenue, Benet Lake, WI 53102.  Interment will follow at the St. Benedict’s Abbey Cemetery.  In lieu of flowers, the family has suggested memorials to Crede’s Cause or an animal foundation of your choice in her honor.

It’s hard to understand why people are taken from us, but find comfort in knowing you were a special part of Mary’s well lived life. Our condolences to you and your family.

Testimonials

October 22, 2015

It has been a long while in business since I have experienced and witnessed someone be truly great at what they do. That was my experience with Mike and team. Above and beyond hardly encompasses their professionalism and compassion during our family’s bereavement.

Thank you most sincerely,
Jason C.
