Family and friends are invited to meet in the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 4:00 pm for a memorial service honoring and celebrating Penny’s life with Pastor Mark Hansen officiating.
A private interment will take place at West Lawn Memorial Park.

MOUNT PLEASANT – Penny J. Casebolt, 77, passed away on Friday, November 7, 2025.
She was born in Racine on July 24, 1948, the daughter of the late Gordon and Virginia (nee Anderson) McLeod.
Penny married Larry D. Casebolt in Clintonwood, VA on August 8, 1974. Larry preceded her in death on November 11, 2022.
Penny worked as a hairstylist for Mr. David’s in Racine. She was a member of Northside Calvary Church. She enjoyed crafting, sewing, watching the Packers and she was happiest in the company of her family.
Penny is survived by her sons, Mark W. (Tracy) Dinan of Mount Pleasant, Eric D. (Kattie) Casebolt of Kingsport, TN, and Shawn (Pam) Fellion of Mount Pleasant; her grandchildren, Justin Dinan, Tyler (Brooke) Dinan, Nathaniel Dinan, Brady Casebolt, Chase Casebolt, Kevin Fellion, Craig (Danielle) Fellion, and Jordan Fellion; her great grandchildren, Jaxon Dinan, Nova Dinan, Dominic Fellion, and Emma Fellion; her brother, Gordon “Billy” (James Justen) McLeod, Jr. of Kenosha; her sister, Carolyn Flannery of Burlington; as well as dear nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
In addition to her parents and husband, Penny was preceded in death by her daughter, Misty Casebolt; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Harold and Flora Casebolt; her brothers and sisters, Dennis McLeod, Charlie McLeod, Tim McLeod, Patricia (Alfred) Fellion, and Sandy McLeod.
