Ronald David Tait, 85, born in Dearborn, Michigan to James Tait of Hamilton, Scotland and Violet Mullen of Belfast, Ireland, passed into eternal life on October 1, 2024 at Lakeshore at Siena in Racine. During his lifetime, Ron’s interests and hobbies included: rooting for his Michigan Wolverines, scuba diving, home improvement, dirt bike riding, building Soap Box Derby cars, watching his sons and grandkids compete in a variety of high school sports and activities, gardening, scrapbooking, reading books on history, exercising, and video production. In retirement, he helped his sons with their home improvement projects, and regularly volunteered to drive less able people to their doctor’s appointments. Ron was a devout Christian and attended Faithbridge Church in Franksville.
