Tashia C. Price

Sep 18, 2002 – Feb 22, 2022

Service Details

The celebration of her life and homegoing will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 12 o’clock Noon in the funeral home.  A visitation will take place on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until Noon.

Tashia Cashay Price, age 19 of Racine, was called home by her loving Savior on Tuesday, February 22, 2022. She was born in Racine, Wisconsin, on September 18, 2002, the daughter of Angela Price and Darrell Adkisson.
Tashia, known by her family as “Shia”, left a blanket of beauty and love with everyone she touched. Of all the ways she shone, nothing was brighter than the love that she had for her two-year-old son. TaVeonte J. White, Jr. Her heart overflowed with pride and joy every day just being his mother. Shia’s character grew every day as she became a strong, young mother full of energy, integrity, and loyalty. She surrounded herself with the family she created that included the father of her son, TaVeonte J. White, Sr. and his sister, JuNiah Pitts. She was always there for others.
She was the oldest of seven children, and she cherished each and everyone of her siblings. She enjoyed spending time with them and liked attending her brother Darrell’s football games. She recently found enjoyment in cooking and began to master the comfort dishes she enjoyed eating in her childhood.
She will be forever missed and never forgotten by many. Shia leaves to cherish her precious memories her parents, Angela and Darrell; her son, TaVeonte White, Jr.; her boyfriend, TaVeonte White, Sr.; her sisters, Tyiana Adkisson, Taniya Hunter, Rajanay Busby; her brothers, Darrell Price and Rajan Busby; her grandmother, Jackie; her aunt, Tanya; her uncles, Garry (Danielle) Price and Paul (Monique) Price; her cousins, Anthony, Victoria, Jade, Paisley, Damonie, and Deshowne; her godmother, Lacretia Webb; her best friend, Samantha Kowalczyk and Samantha’s mother, Stephanie Kowalczyk. She also leaves a large extended family that includes many great friends.
Tashia was preceded in death by her grandfather, Larry Cannon; her sister, Dmiya Hunter; and her cousin/best friend, Deveon Robbins.

The celebration of her life and homegoing will be held on Thursday, March 10, 2022 at 12 o’clock Noon in the funeral home.  A visitation will take place on Thursday from 11:00 a.m. until Noon.
