
Caledonia – Patricia Ann Royce, 73, passed away at WFH All Saints on Saturday, April 14, 2012. She was born in Racine on May 16, 1938, daughter of the late William and May (nee: Bradshaw) Spranger. Pat graduated from White Lake High School, where she met the love of her life, Curtis J. Royce. They were married in White Lake on June 22, 1957, and returned to Racine shortly thereafter.
Pat retired from Western Publishing in 1998 after working as a binder operator for 40 years. She was hardworking and had sassy demeanor, but was one of the most selfless and modest ladies you had ever known. She was a much-loved wife and mother, and also loved to spoil her grandchildren. Pat enjoyed sharing time with loved ones, and traveling with Curt. She will be missed by her family and many friends.
Pat is survived by her loving husband, Curt; daughter, Melissa Russo both of Caledonia; grandchildren, Morgan (Chris) Hintz, Tom Russo, Katie Royce, and Luke Royce all of Racine; great-grandchildren, Jaiden and Christina Hintz, and Amelia Royce; brother-in-law, Lyle (Sandy) Royce of Wausau; as well as many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was also preceded in death by her son, Steven Royce; her brothers and sister.
Complete services will be held in the funeral home at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 19, 2012. Visitation will begin at 10:00 a.m. Private interment will take place at the Southern Wisconsin Veterans Memorial Cemetery. Memorials to All Saints Cancer Center (3805-B Spring Street, Suite 220, Racine, WI 53405) have been suggested.
