Service Details

His Homegoing Service will be held in the funeral home, on Saturday, August 7th at 11:00 a.m., with Bishop L. L. Kirby officiating. Visitation will be on that Saturday, from 10:00 a.m. until the time of the service.

Henry Lee Brown, 55, of Racine, completed his earthly journey, on Friday, July 23, 2021. He was born in Sikeston, MO on November 16, 1965, the son of Henry and Ella Mae (nee: West) Brown. Henry Lee had been employed by the J.I. Case Co. until illness forced him to retire. He had a deep passion for basketball, whether he was playing or just watching.

Henry is survived by his wife, Vickie Brown; sons, Christopher Brown and Nicholas Brown, both of Racine; his mother, Ella Brown, of Racine; his stepchildren, Xavier Recker of St. Francis, Stephen Walker of Racine, and Schyler Walker of Bloomington, Indiana ; grandchildren, La’Zariya, Brown, Jayden Brown, and Major Johnson of Racine, and Anayah and Raylin Walker of Bloomington, Indiana, and Aubree, Naomi, and Grayson Walker, of Racine.  Henry is survived by a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives, and friends; special cousin, Jillian Rodriguez; special friends, Adrienne Allen, Alfee McGee, Tyrone Tye and Johnny Love. Henry Lee was preceded in death by his father, Henry Brown, his grandparents, Willie (Willie Mae) West, Henry (Daisy) Brown; uncles, Bill West, Sammy Brown, and Jimmy Brown; aunts, Helen Johnson, Sylvia Jamison, Enora Woodson, Deleree Jamison; cousins, Troy West, Antoinette West, and Tyrese West
