Service Details

A private memorial service will be held for the family to celebrate Paul’s life.

Memorial Suggestions

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Wisconsin Humane Society will be appreciated.

It is with profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Paul Ernest Commodore, a devoted husband, caring father, and friend, who left us too soon on May 6, 2025 at the age of 62.

Born on April 4, 1963, Paul was an avid sports enthusiast, enjoyed playing baseball,basketball, bowling and tennis in his younger years. He was a life long super fan of the Los Angeles Rams.

Paul will be lovingly remembered by his wife of 41 years, Allison (Herb) Commodore, their son, Christopher Commodore, and daughter, Holly (John Reickert) Commodore. He is further survived by his sister, Dr. Jaclyn (Hank) Kusters; sisters-in-law, Lauren (David) Schudson, Paula (Scott) Fiorita; brother-in-law, Gary (Cindy) Herb; father-in-law, Herbert Herb; nieces and nephews, Deya, Steven, Michael, Ben, Kayla, and Haylee; the Poplawski family, and numerous other relatives and dear friends.

Paul is preceded in death by his mother, Nancy Commodore; mother-in-law, Diane Herb; sister-in-law, Sharon Herb; grandparents, Evelyn and Ernest Commodore; Uncle Jim Iannello and Aunt Sandy Cicchini.

A private memorial service will be held for the family to celebrate Paul’s life. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations to the Wisconsin Humane Society will be appreciated.

    Prayers to the family and condolences to every person who had the privilege to know him. Makes me sad now that we lost contact over the years, he was fun to be around and remembering him in a Rams jersey brought a smile to my face. RIP Paul.

    I remember Paul and sister living next door to my parents house when they lived with Jim Ianello. Paul always seemed like a great kid.
