Ben was a very outgoing person. He was a silly, joking character and liked to crack jokes with people. We will remember his funny jokes about peckerwood and prunes. He also would be Grouchy at times, but he was always going out of the way to help his friends. His passing was unexpected and unfortunate but will be in our hearts. Without a doubt, Ben worked hard to make people laugh. He liked to watch game shows on TV, and he liked to make his favorite snack with cheese and saltines. Remembering the funny times is still difficult because he is not able to quote his favorite sayings. But he is in good hands with the Lord and Ben buddy, we all miss ya, rest peacefully and watch over us buddy

I was Bens trainer/co worker as furniture/donations dept at Value Village. Agreed he had his grumpy side but overall he had a big heart and I could get him to laugh a lot, He always said I was a crazy guy. He did reach out to customers on the sales floor and insured if they needed any help, he would be there for them. Had I known that his time was ending, I would have taken him to some fun venues. RIP Ben.

Testimonials

October 22, 2015

Mike and the staff went above and beyond during our very difficult time with passing of our Opa. Mike helped relieve the immense stress by being extremely professional, paying attention to the smallest details and the overall kindness and compassion in caring for our family at our time of need. We do not believe that a thank you truly covers our deep gratitude towards you. Thank you for everything you have done for us.
