Mount Pleasant – Alexis Nicole Mann, age 26, passed away unexpectedly, yet found peace, on Saturday, March 11, 2023.

Alexis was born in Arlington Heights, IL on September 26, 1996. Naturally gifted and bright, she graduated within the top ten of her class from Harborside Academy in Kenosha. In recent years, Alexis worked as an assistant manager at Domino’s.

Alexis enjoyed searching for beach glass along the beaches of Lake Michigan, going to the casino and playing slots, bowling with family and friends, binge watching Netflix with her boyfriend, Chris, or her sister, Gabrielle, singing, dancing and acting. She was in many school plays and musicals in which she played the lead role and sang many solos. She shared a love and passion for “Alice in Wonderland” with her sister Gabrielle since childhood which they never outgrew. Above all, Alexis was all about her 6-year-old son, Cobain, and just hanging out with family and friends spending hours upon hours just talking and laughing.

Surviving are her adorable son, Cobain Ryen Bennett; mother & father, Michelle & Jason Beecher; sisters & brothers, Gabrielle Lofgren; Kelsi, Jordan, Tyler & Nicholas Beecher; grandparents, Cathy & Les Lambert; Jeff Vinachi & Patricia Fain; Michael and Marsha Rasgaitis; boyfriend of 3 years, Chris Thillemann; Cobain’s father, Ryen Bennett; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and friends – too numerous to mention all by name.

Services celebrating Alexis’s beautiful life will be held at Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Saturday, April 15, 2023 at 3:00 pm. Visitation will be in the funeral home on Saturday, April 15th, from 1:00 – 3:00 pm. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family have been suggested.

Sending my thoughts and prayers to you and gabby, I have so many great memories of the girls spending weekends and summers with Greg and I. Please let me know if there is some sort of a fundraiser for her son Cobain as he will need some support for his future and I’m happy to donate. Again Michelle my heart goes out to you all during this time. Just know she’s in good hands and will always be around the ones she loves most.
Sending you all my heaviest heart of your loss and please keep her alive in your hearts, she’s not gone just away making a mark elsewhere…
    Regina

Testimonials

The Family of Barbara Bell

Michael,

First, let me start out by saying you were a God sent working with me for many years in preparations for my mom’s Homegoing Celebration December 7, 2024. Even though this was our first time meeting in person, I felt like I already knew you. Michael, you demonstrated professionalism, empathy and, your warmth was surprising for me considering your role as a Funeral Director. Your attention to every detail, patient and support has made this process much easier for my family and me. I trusted you and you helped me find closure in a moment of great sadness, and for that we’re eternally grateful. I appreciate the time and energy you put into ensuring everything ran smoothly considering I reside in a different state. Michael, my mom would have loved you and our family is forever grateful for your unwavering dedication and support during our season of grief. May the Lord make His face shine upon you, and be gracious to you. (Numbers 6:25)
