Brian Lee Studey, 39, passed away at his residence on April 23, 2021.  He was born in Racine on July 3, 1981 to Raymond Studey and Cindy Studey.

He was united in marriage to the love of his life, the former Shannyn Nicole Kandl, on June 22, 2013.

Brian graduated from Racine Lutheran High School in 1999.  He owned an ecommerce tire business with his father for the last 10 years.  Brian loved racing his Mopar cars at the quarter mile at Great Lakes Dragway.  He enjoyed travelling and snorkeling with Shannyn to such destinations as Maui, St. John, and St. Lucia.  He enjoyed fishing up north in the Spooner/Hayward area as well as the Lake Chetek area.  Brian recently reconnected with his inner child and was a collector of baseball cards.  He also loved the Packers and would be found every Sunday watching his team.  Above all, he loved his family dearly and will be missed tremendously.

Brian leaves to cherish his memory, his wife, Shannyn Studey; son, Brenden Kandl; mother, Cindy (Mark) Korrison; father, Ray Studey; sister, Katie Studey; half-siblings, Lyndsey Studey, Kyle Studey,  Kelsey Tolman, Zachary Studey; father-in-law, Mike (Anita) Kandl; aunts and uncles, Faith (David) Sutton, Bob (Polly) Borchert, Larry (Jodi) Borchert, Mike (Jan) Studey, Jessica Studey, Rebecca (Rick) Novak; special friends, Tim, Don, Al, Josh, Chuck; faithful canine companions, Sadie, Stella, Baylee; other relatives and dear friends too numerous to mention.

Brian is preceded in death by his maternal grandparents, Erwin and Agnes Borchert, and paternal grandparents, Raymond and Jeanette Studey, Sr.

Funeral services for Brian will be held on Tuesday, May 4, 2021, 12:00pm, at Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home and Crematory, 4600 County Line Road.  Visitation will be from 9:00am until the time of the service.  Private interment will take place at West Lawn Memorial Park.  Optionally, you may wear your Packer attire in support of Brian and his family.
