
~~ Dr. Suzanne M. Sikora, 62, passed away in Wheaton Franciscan-All Saints on Thursday November 19, 2015 from lymphocytic interstitial pneumonia.
She was born in Kenosha on Dec. 4, 1952, the daughter of Leo and Ida ( née: Dupuis) Sikora.
Suzanne graduated from UW Parkside in 1975 and Marquette School of Dentistry in 1981. Suzanne practiced dentistry for 30 years until her illness in 2011. She was a Dental provider for the community and several area nursing homes. Dr. Sikora received several awards during her career including, WDA Pyramids of pride, Dental Care for Older Persons Award in 2000, the Distinguished Alumni Service Award from the UW Parkside in 2004.
She enjoyed spending time with her family and friends and tutoring children.
Surviving are her mother, Ida Sikora, Beloved sister, Sally (Richard) Andries, Loving brother, Dennis (Ketmany) Sikora; nieces Mary, Arianna, Julie, and nephew Tommy. Good friends and camping buddies Cindy, Lynn, Jill, Art, Fran and their families.
She was preceded in death by her father Leo Sikora, her mentor Dr. Anna Maria Williams.
There will be an open house celebrating her life at Infusino’s Banquet Hall 3201 Rapids Dr. , on Sat. Dec. 5 from 4:00 p.m. Until. 7:00 p.m., with memorial service will be held at 4:30 p.m.
