Memorial Suggestions

Family is requesting that if you would like to honor Julie, please make a donation in her memory to Shalom Wildlife Zoo, 1901 Shalom Drive, West Bend, WI  53090.

Julie R. Ricchio, age 74, passed away on December 1, 2025.

Julie was born in Racine, WI on August 3, 1951, daughter of the late Ernest George Ricchio and Ruth May (nee: Peterson) Ricchio. Julie graduated from Washington Park High School “Class of 1969”.
She worked as an Administrative Assistant at S. C. Johnson & Son, Inc. and she was a member of the SC Johnson 20-Year Club.

First and foremost, Julie had great love for her family.  She had an incredible love for all animals, especially Golden Retrievers.  She always had an indelible love of horses, especially Amador, her beloved Andalusian.  Julie was an Equestrian and trained in American Dressage.  Every Christmas, Julie would bake an array of fabulous, homemade Christmas cookies making everyone’s favorite kind.

Surviving are her significant other, Louis Sesso; her siblings, Susan M. Ricchio, of Racine, and Laurie A. (Todd) Cline, of Cedarburg. She is further survived by nephew, Tony (Dana) Cline; niece, Anna (Will Cole) Cline; and great nephews, Rory L. Cline and Grady L. Cline; she is also survived by dear relatives and friends. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by Aunt Anna V. Peterson.

“Sisters are different flowers from the same garden.” I read this somewhere and it feels just right about sisters. Jim and I are sorry for your loss.
