Randall A. Heiser, 66, passed away on Sunday, April 2, 2017, in St. Catherine’s Hospital-Kenosha. He was born in Racine on March 30, 1951, the son of the late Richard and Hazel (nee: Tooley) Heiser.
At one time, Randall had been employed by Curative Workshop. Surviving are his sisters and brothers, Judy Bernal, Sandra (Frank) Heirnen, and David (Andrea) Heiser, all of Racine, and Richard “Jack” Heiser of Cleveland, OH; cousin, Sue (Mick) Kadamian, special niece and caregiver, Diane Lloyd. Other nieces, nephews, and friends also survive him.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his sisters Carol Lloyd and Patricia Paakkonen.
