Racine – William Eugene Rice, 74, passed away on Friday, May 15, 2009 at All Saints Hospital. He was born in Jackson, Tennessee on May 29, 1934, but had been a Racine resident for most of his life. Mr. Rice retired from Racine Steel Castings 1988. He is survived by his daughter, Linda (Darrell) Bullock; and grandchildren, Anthony Clark, II and Aaquil Condoll. Home going services will be held in the funeral home at 11 a.m. on Thursday, May 21, 2009. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m.
