Mary E. Abrego, 63, died at WFH- All Saints on Monday, December 6, 2010.
A lifelong resident of Racine, she was born on September 24, 1947, the daughter of Richard and Alice (nee: Ingles) Platt. Mary graduated from Washington Park High School. She worked for Multi Products Company for over 30 years.
Mary lived her life for her family. She loved being with her grandsons and spending time with her parents. She also enjoyed communicating on Facebook and her many gambling trips to various casinos.
Her survivors include her husband, Gus Abrego; son and daughter-in-law, David and Anna Abrego; grandsons, Nicholas and Christian Abrego; parents, Richard and Alice Platt; brothers, Richard and Jeff Platt; brothers-in-law, Lloyd (Mary) Abrego all of Racine and Leo (Margarita) Abrego of San Antonio, TX.
Family and friends are invited to meet at the Draeger-Langendorf Funeral Home on Friday, December 10, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. for a celebration of Mary’s life and funeral service with Pastor Manuel Lozano officiating. There will be a visitation in the funeral home on Friday from 5-6 p.m. A private burial will take place in Holy Cross Cemetery in Caledonia.
