Deborah R. Voss, 68, of Kenosha, passed away at Froedtert South Medical Center-Pleasant Prairie on Wednesday, May 29, 2024.  She was born in Elkhorn, WI on September 5,1955. The daughter of the late Douglas Arthur and Doris Marion (nee: Scanlon) Mawhinney.

Deborah grew up in Elkhorn and then moved to Kenosha, where she lived her entire adult life. On March 24, 1975, she was united in marriage to the love of her life, Ronald Voss. Deborah worked at various care facilities in Kenosha an Racine, until becoming the head of cardiac medical records at Kenosha Memorial Hospital.

She loved being with her family, especially her husband, Ronald, spending forty-nine wonderful years together. Like any wife and mother, her greatest love was being a grandma and great grandma.

Surviving are her loving husband, Ronald; their children, Pamela (Sean McFarlane) Voss, Chris Voss, and Cynthia (Jim DelConte) Voss: nine grandchildren, Serena Mahmudi, Raheem Mahmudi, Tyler Voss, Sean McFarlane Jr., Silas McFarlane, Sebastian McFarlane, Cameron Voss, Nicholas Stephans, and Hunter Rentsch; great-grandchildren, Malik Mahmudi, Sierra Morrow, Isaiah Marrow, and Raheem Mahmudi Jr.; three sisters, Darlene Yuhas, Dottie Mawhinney, and Pat D’ Andria; and brother, David Mawhinney. Her nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, and co-workers, also survive her. In addition to her parents, Deborah was preceded in death by her sister-in-law, Ellen Morgan.
